How can I return/exchange an item that I purchased online?

Please read below for all of the information regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, faulty items and, how to return your item(s).

  • Full refund, size exchange or credit note available for all full price items.
  • Sale Items are eligible for an online store credit only, unless the item is faulty and meets our criteria for a refund.
  • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return their order. In saying that, we understand that there are circumstances that make this hard and we will take this into consideration.
  • Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. All original tags must remain attached.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item.
  • We will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by courier or postal service.
