Interested in ongoing support?

If you would prefer to speak with someone on an ongoing basis, we recommend visiting your GP (doctor) who will be able to have a chat with you about what is going on in your life and refer you to a mental health professional if need be.

The next part is getting your GP to complete a mental health care plan (sometimes called a mental health plan). It sounds like a very serious document, but don’t let the name fool you; it’s not complex and is just the next stage in the process of getting you the support you’re after. Also, don’t worry, you won’t need to tell them to complete this document, they’ll know the process and will guide you.
